Joe Jeter was at USC when he had some kind of mental breakdown. He was placed in the SC State Hosp and stayed there the rest of his life. Aunt Izzie (Mildred) visited him on occasion. Christine Jeter Gregory has a wonderful letter from Aunt Izzie cescribing one of her visits with Joe. (from Paige Rumph)
